Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage content creation for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company branding and recruitment goals.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and source qualified candidates through various platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Prepare reports on marketing and recruitment KPIs for senior management review.
- Support administrative tasks related to onboarding, including documentation and orientation coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, recruitment, or a similar administrative role; entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and employer branding.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
