Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to Bali's diverse audience.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms to optimize strategies and ROI.
- Manage and grow Wingstop's social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Wingstop remains competitive in the market.
- Work with influencers and local partners in Bali to amplify brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
