Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote luxury timepieces in Baliās high-end market.
- Create engaging content for digital and print campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute exclusive events, product launches, and VIP client experiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing approaches and enhance brand positioning.
- Manage relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and partners to amplify brand visibility.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in managing the CRM system to nurture client relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury products, particularly watches, and an appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
