Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee SEO/SEM campaigns, social media advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and content marketing to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Lead the creation of compelling brand messaging, press releases, and PR materials to strengthen Loan Market’s reputation and media presence.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality visual content using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize marketing spend and strategy.
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including websites, social media, email, and offline materials.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, digital marketing, and consumer behavior to inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, or PR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in design software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) for content creation and editing.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or lending industry is highly advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
