Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Create and curate high-quality content (blogs, social media, email, videos) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Analyze web analytics and KPIs (Google Analytics, social insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and adapt marketing approaches.
- Build and nurture community engagement through social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights.
