Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth in the Bali market
- Create engaging content tailored to both local Indonesian and international audiences
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment across all departments
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Bali market
- Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Strong understanding of both Indonesian and international digital marketing landscapes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Familiarity with Bali's unique market dynamics and cultural nuances is highly desirable
