Responsibility
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business targets for multiple F&B brands.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across all locations.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operational efforts with brand positioning and promotions.
- Manage budgets, costs, and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality and consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple brands or outlets successfully.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.
- Familiarity with F&B industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
