Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email, SEO) to attract prospective students.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead nationwide roadshows and presentations to engage with schools, colleges, and communities.
- Manage lead generation and follow-up processes, ensuring timely and personalized communication to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to track enrollment metrics and optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Create compelling content (blogs, videos, infographics) to showcase DSHâs programs and student success stories.
- Monitor and analyze campaign ROI, adjusting tactics to improve cost-per-acquisition and enrollment rates.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and influencers to expand reach.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to ensure DSH remains a top choice for students.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or student recruitment (education sector is a plus).
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion through digital or field marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Proficiency in social media management, Google Analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive organic growth.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently for roadshows and events across Indonesia.
