Responsibility
- Manage and optimize the company’s eCommerce website to ensure a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned channels, including email, social media, and SEO.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Implement customer engagement activities, such as loyalty programs and promotional events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, eCommerce management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
