Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
- Create, schedule, and optimize social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blogs, videos, infographics).
- Monitor and report on KPIs and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to support lead generation and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media, or email marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
