Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality contractors.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) tailored to recruitment and company culture.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to align recruitment marketing efforts with talent acquisition goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion metrics) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Implement SEO and paid social strategies to boost visibility of job postings and employer brand content.
- Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment marketing and social media to ensure competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
