Responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social First" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct audience research to identify trends and insights, and optimize content accordingly.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Based in Bali and available to work remotely.
