Responsibility
- Assist in the deployment and scaling of digital engineering tools (e.g., BIM, CAD, IoT platforms) across AECOM projects.
- Support the integration of data-driven workflows to enhance project efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize software performance.
- Contribute to the development of automation scripts or dashboards to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Participate in training sessions to onboard teams on new digital tools and best practices.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for digital improvement.
- Document processes, user guides, and technical specifications for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing) and propose innovative applications for AECOM’s projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL) or digital tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Familiarity with data visualization, BIM (Building Information Modeling), or GIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Prior internship or project experience in digital transformation, engineering software, or IT support is advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
