Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality digital content (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce visually compelling assets for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor content performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated on digital trends, luxury market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure content remains innovative and relevant.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with seasonal collections, launches, and brand storytelling.
- Edit and retouch images/videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and legal compliance (copyright, trademarks).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital content creation, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and content management tools (Canva, CapCut).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative digital content (social media, websites, campaigns) with a luxury or high-end aesthetic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and social media algorithms to maximize content reach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for luxury branding, storytelling, and staying ahead of digital trends.
