Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via digital channels (email, chat, social media, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
