Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to international clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and adapt to evolving customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with neutral accent and excellent comprehension.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in international customer service is a plus.
