Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to management for process improvements.
- Uphold company values and service standards in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English with clear, neutral accent and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
