Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and closure of all open issues.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
