Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions across Retail, Healthcare, Travel, or Sales sectors.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and product knowledge to deliver informed support.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate, contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
