Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times and resolution rates.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
