Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call volume, resolution time, and quality metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products or services where applicable.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency with a neutral accent.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, or Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
