Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Handle and escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with clear and professional communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work onsite in Canggu, Bali on a full-time schedule, including potential shift work.
- Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.
