Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
