Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of chemical products and applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams to align product development with market demands.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for new product initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners to facilitate smooth communication and business development.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all development processes.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, R&D, or a similar technical role within the chemical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
