Responsibility
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Verify product specifications, labels, and packaging against purchase orders and inventory records.
- Conduct thorough checks on raw materials and finished goods to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Report any issues or irregularities to supervisors in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as required.
