Responsibility

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or similar systems.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in setting up and deploying new workstations and software installations.
  • Document IT issues, resolutions, and service requests in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
