Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of collection specialists to achieve recovery targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with legal, customer service, and risk management teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess customer behavior and optimize collection approaches.
- Ensure adherence to ethical collection practices and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving recovery rates.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and collection practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
