Responsibility
- Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and specifications for renovation and interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to align project goals and expectations.
- Oversee on-site construction and installation to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
