Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts for retail spaces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and successful project execution.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections, to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of mall spaces.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor design implementation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.
- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and furnishings within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards in all design projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail or commercial design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional design solutions.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
