Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in driving daily sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of sales associates to provide world-class customer service.
- Oversee daily floor operations, including stock management, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Manage employee scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Implement and monitor loss prevention policies and health and safety standards.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve store profitability.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve operational challenges with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in fashion.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
