Responsibility
- Lead and manage large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
