Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies, monitoring performance, and motivating the team.
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation to maximize sales.
- Monitor financial performance, including daily sales reports, expense control, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is preferred.
