Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance performance and career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
