Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and mentor retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
