Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising to optimize product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards in the store.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute operational and business development plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in hardware or a related industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, sales operations, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
