Responsibility
- Design and fabricate high-quality dental prosthetics, including clear aligners, crowns, and bridges using digital CAD/CAM technology.
- Collaborate with dentists and orthodontists to ensure precise fit and function of dental appliances.
- Operate and maintain advanced dental laboratory equipment, including 3D printers and scanners.
- Follow strict quality control protocols to meet industry standards and patient expectations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital dentistry and implement best practices.
- Assist in training junior technicians on new techniques and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of patient cases and production workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions for complex cases.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental laboratory, preferably with digital workflows.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad) and 3D printing technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision work.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with dental professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of dental materials and their applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if applicable) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
