Responsibility
- Patient Coordination: Manage appointments, follow-ups, and patient records with meticulous attention to detail using dental practice management software.
- Front Desk Excellence: Greet patients warmly, handle inquiries (in-person, phone, email), and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our luxury brand.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email) to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content (blogs, posts, videos) showcasing our services, promotions, and patient success stories.
- Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and expat communities to expand our referral network.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, manage insurance claims, and maintain inventory of dental supplies.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Gentle Smile at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Track marketing KPIs (e.g., patient acquisition cost, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental receptionist, healthcare administration, or marketing role (preferably in a clinical or luxury service setting).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, are a plus). Exceptional interpersonal and written skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental), CRM tools, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads).
- Marketing Acumen: Hands-on experience with SEO, content creation, and digital advertising. Portfolio or case studies are a bonus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering 5-star service and building long-term patient relationships.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s expat community and healthcare landscape is advantageous.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
