Responsibility
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive dental measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Prepare treatment rooms by setting up equipment, instruments, and supplies according to infection control protocols.
- Monitor and manage dental inventory, ensuring adequate stock of materials and ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide chairside support during examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sterilization and disinfection standards.
- Offer compassionate patient care, addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Active Dental and Oral Health License (STR Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar role (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- In-depth knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and dental staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and precision.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital dental software and patient management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
