Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinic efficiency, patient experience, and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and expense management, to ensure profitability.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and safety in accordance with industry best practices.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to procure equipment, materials, and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Dentistry, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
