Responsibility
- Lead demand forecasting and supply planning processes to align production, inventory, and distribution with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, procurement) to ensure supply chain synchronization.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to improve forecast accuracy and reduce stockouts/overstock.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., fill rates, lead times, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions.
- Drive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand with supply capabilities.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service levels for a global Food & Beverage client.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
- Leverage ERP/APS tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG/Food & Beverage.
- Proven expertise in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, JDA, Excel Advanced).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or APICS are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a global/multinational environment.
- Ability to work in a day shift (aligned with client time zones).
