Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
- Lead monthly demand review meetings with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Analyze demand patterns and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Prepare and present reports on forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer demand and market dynamics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics.
