Responsibility
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights and refine demand plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to align with forecasted demand and business objectives.
- Analyze demand patterns and identify risks or opportunities to optimize supply chain performance.
- Prepare and present demand forecasts and inventory reports to senior management.
- Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through data analysis and process refinements.
- Support new product launches by providing demand estimates and inventory recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or forecasting software).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
