Responsibility
- Develop, monitor, and refine accurate demand forecasting models based on historical trends, seasonal factors, and sales projections.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure maximum product availability while minimizing carrying costs and excess stock.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze complex datasets, track key performance indicators, and generate insightful supply chain reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing to align operational plans.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain database integrity.
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPI metrics, such as forecast accuracy, stock turn rates, and service levels.
- Identify process bottlenecks in inventory replenishment and propose actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- With a strong background and experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, and Data Analytics.
- With advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Makati City, Metro Manila.
