Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy DELMIA Quintiq solutions tailored to client-specific supply chain and scheduling needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize mathematical models, algorithms, and constraints within the Quintiq platform.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Provide expert-level training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Quintiq functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest DELMIA Quintiq features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and user guides for internal and client reference.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid DELMIA Quintiq Software Expert (SwE) certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing DELMIA Quintiq or similar advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle ASCP).
- Strong proficiency in mathematical modeling, optimization algorithms, and constraint programming.
- Experience with SQL, Java, or Python for data manipulation and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote work options may be considered for exceptional candidates).
