Responsibility
- Deliver packages, documents, and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
- Inspect and maintain your motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
- Handle cash transactions and provide receipts when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C) for motorcycles.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Good knowledge of Bali's roads and locations, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Physically fit and able to handle packages of various sizes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ownership of a well-maintained motorcycle is preferred.
- Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus.
