As the City Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics network, managing a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibility
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across First Mile, Sorting Centers, Middle Mile, and Last Mile delivery within the Bali region.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Oversee a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and technology, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes and customer experience.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its logistics landscape is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
