Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and goods to residential and commercial addresses across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while adhering to company schedules and service standards.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring packages are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients, confirming deliveries, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and any special instructions or issues encountered.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of delivery equipment (e.g., motorbikes, vans).
- Report any delays, accidents, or operational challenges to the logistics team promptly to facilitate quick resolution.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C for motorbikes or SIM A for cars/vans) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles (experience in Bali is a plus).
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ownership of a well-maintained motorbike or vehicle is a plus (company-provided vehicles may be available for qualified candidates).
