Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 couriers to achieve daily pickup and delivery targets
- Monitor and optimize route planning to ensure timely and cost-effective operations
- Maintain strict adherence to DHL's service quality standards and safety protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handover of shipments
- Prepare and submit accurate operational reports and performance metrics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of Bali's geographic areas and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid motorcycle/car driving license (SIM A/C)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
