Responsibility
- Lead and manage the delivery of enterprise technology solutions for a global airline client, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices in project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to scope new projects and transition them smoothly into delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project delivery leadership, preferably in the airline or travel technology sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource planning in large-scale projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
