Responsibility
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient handling of packages.
- Support delivery drivers in navigating routes across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Verify delivery documents, including invoices and receipts, to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the logistics team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Basic understanding of delivery documentation and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) is a plus but not mandatory.
